CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
- BELLYDANCE: Belly dancing is a G-R-E-A-T WORKOUT and so much fun! This class does not require previous experience in dance, coordination or rhythm. We’ll get you dancing in the first class! You will learn step by step the basic moves of belly dance commonly seen in belly dancing: hip circles, hip & shoulder shimmies, hip drop – kick, figure-8’s, snake arms & undulation. All moves are broken down in to easy to follow steps and are repeated in each class. (All-levels)
- BODY FORGING: Body forging consists of 10 to 40 exercises. It is a blend of Tai-Chi, Power Yoga, Pilates and Martial Arts movements that require specific/intense muscle, contraction and control. Body Forging allows you to burn calories, gives you energy and vitality, and over a period of time helps you become more flexible, leaner, stronger, fit and healthy. (All levels)
- BOOTCAMP: Get ready to sweat and loose weight! This is a non-choreographed fitness class designed to tone the whole body, also known as the ultimate work out. (All levels)
- BOX – BUTTS - GUTS: Sweat it out in this action packed fitness class. Begin with Boxing; High energy, stress relieving, heart pumping cardiovascular workout. Followed by tone, tighten and firm your buttocks, thighs and abdominals. (All levels)
- BALLROOM BLITZ: Improve your coordination, rhythm, and poise while learning a great mix of Latin Dances. Gracefully move through the Rumba, Cha Cha, Samba and the Jive in every class. Lengthening and toning your muscles as you flow, groove and move through each dance. Great for beginners! (All Levels)
- CORRECTIVE CHIROPRACTIC INTRO: A 25 minute, informal, informational class that will let individuals know more about Corrective Chiropractic and how it may benefit you, separate facts from myths and have Dr. Dave Kadel answer any questions. Sign ups not necessary but appreciated.
- DANCE FUSION: This is an exhilarating, heart-pumping workout that combines cardio moves, dance, and body sculpting to get you a slimmer, trimmer, and sexier body. No dance experience is required and two left-feet will not stop you from having a blast and getting the benefits of this ultimate, high-energy experience. (All-levels)
- FITDANCE: A 60 minutes Dance Aerobics class, using different choreographies and music; like Meringue, Salsa, Hip-Hop, Funk and others. This class is a fun way to increase your cardiovascular conditioning and strength. Learn to dance while burning some calories. Get in shape having fun. (All levels)
- FIT REBOUND: Come have fun and jump with us on your own mini-trampoline! This low-impact class improves circulation, increases heart and lungs capacity, lowers cholesterol levels, and improves tone especially in legs, thighs, hips, abdomen and arms. (All levels)
- KIDS FUNK FUSION: Get funky and come and get your groove on with this high energy, high/low impact class that has something for beginners to advance exercisers. Dance moves are intertwined into an aerobic workout you cannot miss. (All levels, ages 7-13)
- KICKBOXING: Kickboxing is aerobic exercise with a martial arts flare. This program will help you to lose weight, tone up your muscles and have fun. Beginner, intermediate and advanced students are welcome. The class combines cardio kickboxing, weight training and Power Abs and stretching. (All levels)
- POWER YOGA: An athletic form of yoga that incorporates power movements into a sequence of flowing postures. It is an energizing class with traditional yoga poses that encourages alignment, flexibility, balance, strength, concentration, and cardiovascular endurance. You will leave class feeling energized yet relaxed, a perfect balance that is achieved through body mind awareness. All fitness levels are welcome.
- PILATES: A unique system of total mind/body conditioning. The main focus of Pilates is Core Conditioning and strengthening. This fitness class builds long, lean muscles and flexible joints; expect better posture, balance & well -being. (All levels)
- STEP & SCULPT: A high energy, high intensity floor workout designed for all level. This Fitness Class may include step, floor patterns, power moves, sculpting with dumbbells, high & low impact aerobics, Kick-boxing moves and more. Come prepared to sweat. (INTER-level)
- SPINNING: DO NOT let the word Spinning intimidate you, learn the right way to spin. Drenched in sweat, using every bit of energy…your heart pumping fast…your muscles, your mind exhausted… the ultimate workout. A virtual “mind trip on wheels”; 50-55 minutes and 800 calories later, every member ends up a champion. (All levels) Gel seats are recommended.
- SPINLATES: The first half of this fitness class is a SPINNING workout designed to condition your heart, detox your body, and straight up burn calories. Then, in the second half you will work hard on core strengthening and flexibility so you will walk away feeling stronger, taller and leaner. (All-levels)
- STUDIO PUMP: This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructor and your choice of weights inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!
- YOGA: A relaxing workout that consists of proper breathing exercises, a series of movements and postures that lengthen strengthen and tone your muscle. Find and connect your MIND, BODY & SPIRIT. (All levels)
- YOGA DANCE: An exploration of the eternal flow of natural movement through yoga. Flow into an exploration of free-form, breath driven movement to liberate one's creative energy and cultivate embodied freedom. The instructor of this class has been inspired and taught by Shiva Rea, founder of Yoga Trance Dance. (All Levels)
How to prepare for class:
- Bring A Towel and WATER.
- Proper workout clothing attire required (Guys MUST WEAR T-shirts at all times)
- Do not eat at least one hour before all classes.
- Please allow the Instructor to finish class before leaving.
- Ages 16 and Up
